I knew Richard from the time he joined the same organisation in 1995 – we worked together until our retirements. A lovely, calm, kind, cheerful, good-humoured, industrious, brave, dependable colleague and dear friend. It’s a privilege and honour to have conducted his funeral service.

My Dad was a loving, sensitive, kind and supportive Dad, and I admired what a gentleman he was. He was also so eager to help others, including me! He was always there for me. Love you Dad xx
